Sneha qualified as a Dental Surgeon (BDS) in 2009 and gained Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Clinical Sciences in 2011 at Queen Mary University of London. As a result of Sneha’s continued passion for developing her academic career and enhancing her clinical practice, she embarked on a three-year speciality training programme in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at Barts and The Royal London. In 2014, Sneha successfully qualified as a Master of Clinical Dentistry in Fixed & Removable Prosthodontics at Barts and The Royal London, Queen Mary University of London with distinction in her research dissertation project and was subsequently awarded MPros RCS (Edin) by the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. She is currently registered as a Specialist in Prosthodontics with the General Dental Council.
On achieving her Membership in Prosthodontics, Sneha has worked mainly in private practice providing specialist Prosthodontic services as well as general dentistry and has held clinical academic posts at 3 major Teaching Hospitals in London & Bristol. Sneha has worked as a Clinical Lecturer and Specialty Dentist in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Bristol Dental School where she was actively engaged with the clinical training of both undergraduate and postgraduate dental students. More recently, Sneha has worked as a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Prosthodontics at the internationally acclaimed Eastman Dental Institute where she played an active role in teaching mainly Prosthodontic elements to qualified Dentists enrolled on postgraduate Master’s programme.
Currently, Sneha is working as a Specialty Dentist in Prosthodontics in the Department of Restorative Dentistry & Traumatology at Kings College London Hospital NHS Trust providing restorative dental treatment to patients referred to the Dental Hospital. These patients often have complex dental needs. In addition, Sneha also works part-time as a Clinical Teacher at the Dental Institute of King’s College London where she teaches clinical dentistry to dental undergraduate students.
Specialist in Prosthodontics, Sneha works part-time at The Antwerp House Dental Group where she is happy to accept referrals from her colleagues for patients requiring fixed and removable aspects of prosthodontic care. Sneha specialises in treatment such as full mouth rehabilitation, management and treatment of complex tooth wear cases with modern adhesive techniques, replacement of missing teeth with removable partial dentures, complete dentures, implant-retained fixed and removable prostheses, complex crown and bridgework, veneers, occlusal rehabilitation, management of jaw joint disorders including occlusal appliances, management of dental caries and in general restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Sneha considers her patient’s comfort and wellbeing as her top priority and provides a well informed and patient-led treatment experience. Her ethos is to provide bespoke dentistry based on individual patient treatment needs using only golden standard acceptable materials and the latest technologies available.
